will go back

Just ventured to Sway's Bistro this past Saturday and had a great meal with friends. The service was great, the restaurant was very clean and it had a great atmosphere. Only thing I would recommend changing: the ranch dressing. Tastes like it came out of a bottle, which is great for at home, but they could definitely use a better ranch dressing to go with their delicious salads!

Because we had a gift certificate to Sway's Bistro from my niece and her husband in Fannin, my wife and I decided to go there. We arrived at about 7:30 and there were a few patrons there. I commented to my wife that this seemed like a good night of the week to come here as there was plenty of parking. We went in and were promptly greeted and seated. Drinks were offered and there being a decent selection of beer I had a Samuel Adams seasonal and my wife had iced tea. Then I ordered the Sweet Pepper Salmon entree with mixed vegetables and sauteed mushrooms for my two sides. My wife ordered the Grilled Pork Chops entree with rice and asparagus. The wait was a little drawn out but well worth it. Both our meals were perfectly prepared and piping hot. My salmon with the sweet pepper glaze was very appetizing and tasted great! My wife said that her pork chops, although with the bone in, were very flavorful and tender. Our vegetables were cooked adante, or stir fried, and very tasty. I recommend this restaurant to all my friends and plan to take guests there soon. The service was excellent and our waiter, Will, kept an eye on us but was not hovering. The atmosphere was pleasantly casual and although the music was probably Muzak it was not "elevator" music and it was nice. Our evening out, including gratuity, was fifty dollars; much less that a tank of gas. I hope my review helps you decide to try this restaurant.

Great Lunch!

We just had a wonderful meal at this new restaurant. The waitstaff was very friendly, could be a tad more attentive, but more than sufficient. They have some great lunch specials, something you would expect to pay way more than we did. Our lunches came with a salad or soup and we felt the whole experience was very affordable. The taste of everything was very good and the portion sizes were very generous. I will spread the word. To the owners; don't change a thing, not the portions or the quality and you will have a hit on your hands!
